At LILY & MAY, we’re a small brand based near Torquay on the beautiful Great Ocean Road in Victoria, Australia. As we are not located in a major metropolitan city, our delivery service may be a little slower than standard city-to-city shipping times. We ask for your patience and understanding if your delivery takes a little longer than expected — we promise it’s worth the wait!
Please note that the below information is intended as a general guide. Delays such as weekends, public holidays, customs processing, and peak season periods are outside of our control and may result in extended shipping times.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, however during busy times such as seasonal sales, this may take a little longer.
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $125 AUD (when signed up to our mailing list you will recieve free shipping code).
Australia Post Express shipping is also available at checkout for an additional fee.
Please note: express shipping still requires standard processing and packing time (up to 48 hours) prior to dispatch.
Return-to-sender fee:
If your order is returned to us (e.g. due to incorrect address or failure to collect), a $15 AUD fee will be deducted from your refund to cover postage and handling charges incurred.
We use DHL Express or Australia Post International Express for all international orders.
Estimated delivery is 2–6 business days for major international cities.
Orders over $400 AUD ship internationally for free.
All international orders include tracking.
Please note:
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs, postal providers, or other factors outside our control.
If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect delivery address or being unclaimed, a $45 AUD fee will be deducted to cover courier and admin charges.
If your order includes pre-order items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.
Please allow up to 6 weeks for the production and delivery of pre-order pieces, as many of our items are handcrafted with care.
